Build products that directly impact patient decisions and business growth
We're looking for a Director of Product, Growth to lead one of our most critical product domains: helping orthodontic practices convert prospective patients into active ones.
This is a highly visible leadership role reporting to the VP of Product, where you will define strategy, own outcomes, and lead a team focused on improving conversion across the entire patient journey. From first interaction to signed agreement and first payment, your work will directly influence both patient experience and practice revenue.
If you're a product leader who thrives at the intersection of experience, operations, and economics, and you are excited by complex, high-stakes decision-making moments, this role is for you.
What You'll Own
End to End Product Strategy
Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the Practice Growth domain. You will be accountable for measurable business outcomes, not just feature delivery.
Conversion and Experience Design
Shape how practices guide patients through a high-stakes financial decision. Build tools, workflows, and digital experiences that increase confidence, reduce friction, and improve conversion rates.
Leadership and Team Development
Lead a high-performing team of PMs. Set a high bar, provide clear feedback, and actively coach your team to elevate their craft.
Hands-on Product Leadership
Stay close to the work that matters. Lead discovery on critical initiatives, write high-impact briefs, and model what great product thinking looks like.
Cross-functional Influence
Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations. Represent your domain confidently with executive leadership.
AI-first Thinking
Identify where AI and intelligent systems can create meaningful leverage in both the product and how your team operates.
