Build products that directly impact patient decisions and business growth

We're looking for a Director of Product, Growth to lead one of our most critical product domains: helping orthodontic practices convert prospective patients into active ones.

This is a highly visible leadership role reporting to the VP of Product, where you will define strategy, own outcomes, and lead a team focused on improving conversion across the entire patient journey. From first interaction to signed agreement and first payment, your work will directly influence both patient experience and practice revenue.

If you're a product leader who thrives at the intersection of experience, operations, and economics, and you are excited by complex, high-stakes decision-making moments, this role is for you.

What You'll Own

End to End Product Strategy

Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the Practice Growth domain. You will be accountable for measurable business outcomes, not just feature delivery.

Conversion and Experience Design

Shape how practices guide patients through a high-stakes financial decision. Build tools, workflows, and digital experiences that increase confidence, reduce friction, and improve conversion rates.

Leadership and Team Development

Lead a high-performing team of PMs. Set a high bar, provide clear feedback, and actively coach your team to elevate their craft.

Hands-on Product Leadership

Stay close to the work that matters. Lead discovery on critical initiatives, write high-impact briefs, and model what great product thinking looks like.

Cross-functional Influence

Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations. Represent your domain confidently with executive leadership.

AI-first Thinking

Identify where AI and intelligent systems can create meaningful leverage in both the product and how your team operates.

Why This Role Is Unique

This domain sits at a critical intersection:

  • Patient experience
  • Practice operations
  • Financial outcomes

You'll tackle complex challenges like:

  • Optimizing financial offers that directly influence patient decisions
  • Improving upfront cash flow and long-term payment completion
  • Designing experiences that work for both staff and patients in real-world environments

You'll also play a key role in shaping how AI is applied across a rich dataset and complex decision flows, with real opportunity to influence long-term direction.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years leading teams
  • Proven ownership of a product domain with measurable business impact (ideally in a SaaS environment at $20M+ ARR or similar scale)
  • Strong track record of driving conversion, growth, or high-stakes customer decision experiences
  • Ability to go deep on critical problems and raise the quality bar for your team
  • Experience coaching and developing product managers
  • Strong analytical and financial fluency (conversion economics, pricing, payments, or risk)
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Practical, thoughtful use of AI in both product and workflow

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, dental, orthodontics, or adjacent industries
  • Background in products supporting in-person sales or large consumer financial decisions (e.g., healthcare, home services, automotive, fintech)

What You'll Get

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Flexible PTO + 9 paid holidays
  • Employer HSA contributions
  • Paid parental leave + return-to-work support program
  • Hybrid work environment (Tuesdays and Thursdays in-office)
  • Strong culture focused on growth, ownership, and impact
